Great place to work, but Aspirus acquisition soon.
Physical Therapist (PT) in Portage:
Pros: I work with many clinicians, so I have a lot of resources and a lot of great people to share my day with. We have generous physical therapy evaluation and treatment time slots and also a fair amount of time for note writing compared to other companies.
Cons: The EMR is not good at all, but will be changing once we get bought by Aspirus. The location is not close to Madison so commute is not idea (from Madison). Pay is below average. All of this produces a fair amount of clinician turnover.
