Physical Therapist (PT) Reviews

What is it like working as a Physical Therapist (PT)?

September 2021
Athletico is all about numbers.
Physical Therapist (PT) in Terre Haute:
Pros: Hours, flexible schedule, great co workers and facility manager, better then average equipment,
Cons: Corporate/all about numbers mentality, encourage your clinic to be a patient mill, unrealistic expectations of providing great care and the “blue carpet experience” while also wanting you to see a ridiculous amount of patients, upper management, no paid sick days and they force you to use PTO if you do get sick, underpay all of their employees, constantly add small redundant trivial tasks to your job, poor mentorship
August 2021
Physical Therapist.
Physical Therapist (PT) in St. Cloud:

Physical Therapist (PT):

April 2021
Needs Organization.
Physical Therapist (PT) in Greenville:
Pros: Working with kids and the mission of the hospital is ALWAYS at the forefront.
Cons: The rehab department is a hot mess - unorganized and underfunded and executive leadership doesn’t do much to help.
March 2021
Low pay, high stress.
Physical Therapist (PT) in Phoenix:
Pros: I like our patient load, we have very interesting and complex patients.
Cons: They severely overwork employees, don't backfill when people leave, and put quality of care last in their priorities
February 2021
I have been underwhelmed by Emmy company’s compensation.
Physical Therapist (PT) in Cincinnati:
Pros: Constant micromanaging does catch some mistakes that I’m glad did not slip through the cracks.
Cons: Constant micromanaging has brought up significant redundancies in daily operations that are inefficient.
