Use This Job As A Stepping Stone To A Higher Position.
Personal Assistant:
Pros: It's great working for just one person or a small close group. It can be a great way to gain experience from a successful person and move into a higher role.
Cons: It can be very stressful. If you don't get along with your boss it's a much bigger deal than not getting along with your boss in a large company since you're working closely with that one person. It can be dissatisfying doing a lot of hard work for someone else and seeing them reap the benefits whilst you're only paid a salary with small commission.

The Ups And Downs Of Real Estate.
Personal Assistant:
Pros: I enjoy the company family first culture, the flexible working hours, constant training and assistance. I love searching for properties and hunting down clients contact details on public sites. I like arranging my bosses diary and creating his advertising material its actually an awesome company to work for.
Cons: I hate filing and creating reports, I can be very inconsistent with that, but the biggest drawback is the inconsistent pay, which with commission is very low in the winter and rainy season.
