Office Conditions.
Personal Assistant:
Pros: The first good thing is I have a job, even though I do not enjoy it at all. The colleagues I have acquainted myself with are good people.
Cons: My boss is a moody person. Credit is not granted based on the performance but it is rather granted based on favouritism. The good hard-working people are under appreciated and yet the ones who spend most of their time doing nothing get away with it. I can handle the pressure and I used to be more to willing to work the extra hours without overtime compensation until I realised that the efforts are under appreciated if at all. There is not room for development as promised. The more I do, the more is demanded without any sign of appreciation.
