Pros: No weekend work.
Cons: Everything. It's unexciting.

Personal Assistant:
Pros: I like the flexibility of my work cause the work hours are not strenuous. I can attend evening or morning classes. I meet various people and they improve who I am and am also able to talk with them and make them happier and/or more content.
Cons: The stagnation. I love new challenges that are rarely offered in my line of work. There is no growth within the company.

Personal Assistant:
Manage the office as if it were your own business. Be organised and one step ahead at all times. Take responsibility to continually learn at least one thing every week. Keep good relationships with peers. Create a support base and align with the "best of". Protect your boss's office jealously. Remember the buck stops with you.
