Pros: The patients make my job worth coming to every single day. Even when they don't feel well 90% are still very nice and are happy to be getting the care that they need. My co-workers have wonderful hearts and make my days go by happily.
Cons: My schedule and my boss.

Rewarding yet stressful job.
Patient Access Representative:
Pros: I get to interact with people and help people during health emergencies.
Cons: Management shows favoritism when making monthly schedule. Attendence policy is not enforced so employees show up late which makes you have to stay because they are your relief. Patients are mad of you because long wait times.
