Cons: Limited and repetitive duties; no decision making power; no chances for growth; management discourages innovation, creativity and problem resolution; no recognition; no chances for coloboration; ideas are not validaded; colleagues lack passion and ambition.

A highly dynamic job that is very rewarding.
Operations Support Specialist:
Pros: I like being able to solve problems and build things. We have to develop things that work consistently and functionally.
Cons: The worst part about the job would be the high level of stress. People expect things to be fixed in a timely manner. The other annoying part is you may not finish a project before you have to start something else.
