Operations Support Specialist Reviews
What is it like working as an Operations Support Specialist?
July 2019
Operations Support Specialist in Seattle:
Pros: The team environment, being valued by my team and manager, and learning opportunities.
Cons: The fact that all employees are extremely under-paid.
June 2019
Operations Support Specialist in Totowa:
Company morale and pay scale is not adequate. Need to raise the pay scale for all employees in the e-services to at least $18 per hour. Also benefits are too expensive. We need ability to have option to work 4 day work week or work from home at least one day a week. Improper training iand lack thereof is another issue of concern. If proper training and accountability can be implemented as we as address the other concerns within the company, I feel like with these changes productivity as well as company moral will increase which should be better for the customer's experience as well as overall company appeal and financial stability.
