First Management Experience.
Operations Manager:
Pros: What I like most about my position is that I get to oversee and manage a growing company that has a government contract. The growth potential of healthcare under government healthcare is a huge market. We are a small company that is able to run lean and mean and create a name for ourselves. I guess I like the Challenge of knowing the extreme potential and seeing the fruit little by little begin to come. I enjoy starting from scratch.
Cons: Unfortunately this was an acquisition company so there is an learning curve on how things were done in the past. The former owners did not keep good records and did not handle the company with the care and reguard this company deserves.
