SALARY REVIEW.
Operations Manager:
Pros: I ENJOY PUTTING THINGS INTO PRACTICE AND SEEING AN END RESUT.
Cons: EMPLOYEES NOT SEEING THE BIG PICTURE AND NOT BEING ABLE TO IMPLEMENT NEWPROCEDURES.

Work.
Operations Manager:
Pros: Every day is different. The people that I work with are funny, pleasent to work with. We have different nationality and culture background in our group and we are all Young late 20's early 30's.
Cons: The pay. Being micro manage by the director, not able to trust her. The stress that certain colleague from sales bring and from my director.

Operations Manager:
Pros: I am able to contribute to the decision making process of what my battalion does on a daily basis. I also advise the commander on what is or can be more effective. My view point is valued and changes are made on a regular basis to improve productivity and the welfare of the Soldiers in our organization.
Cons: Nothing.

Continued education is a plus, plus benefit in any profession. There are always new programs, software and technologies worth learning which can assist you in your everyday performance.

Learn everything you can of every process under your supervision first the progress to learning, grasping, the great "picture"; all that is involved in the end result. Cross training personnel is essential.
