Operations Manager:
Pros: I ENJOY PUTTING THINGS INTO PRACTICE AND SEEING AN END RESUT.
Cons: EMPLOYEES NOT SEEING THE BIG PICTURE AND NOT BEING ABLE TO IMPLEMENT NEWPROCEDURES.

Work.
Operations Manager:
Pros: Every day is different.
The people that I work with are funny, pleasent to work with.
We have different nationality and culture background in our group and we are all Young late 20's early 30's.
Cons: The pay.
Being micro manage by the director, not able to trust her.
The stress that certain colleague from sales bring and from my director.

Army Operations Manager.
Operations Manager:
Pros: I am able to contribute to the decision making process of what my battalion does on a daily basis. I also advise the commander on what is or can be more effective. My view point is valued and changes are made on a regular basis to improve productivity and the welfare of the Soldiers in our organization.
Cons: Nothing.

Continued education is a plus, plus benefit in any profession. There are always new programs, software and technologies worth learning which can assist you in your everyday performance.
