Work Environment.
Member Service Representative:
Pros: I like all of the benefits, the perks are great (bonuses,401k, overtime) and the office conditions are very clean and organized.
Cons: I really wish they were more flexible with days off and shift change requests. Even though we have PTO, they make it really difficult for you to use it if business need is high that day you request. Also, the stress level is high.
