Small Company.
Member Service Representative:
Pros: I like that the company is small. There are only eight full-time employees, one part-time employee, and three interns that work over a four to seven month period during the golf season. It is nice to be able to miss work and make up hours at alternative times when I have doctor's appointments or other commitments.
Cons: The pay! I do not make enough money to only work one job. I have three at the moment just to make ends meet living independently. The stiff environment and feeling of always being criticized by the Executive Director is hard. I recently told my job that I am pregnant and I am going to be terminated ("Separation of Employment") once I give birth to my baby because I have not been with the company for a full year yet. Lots of politics and favoritism.
