Member Service Representative Reviews
What is it like working as a Member Service Representative?
March 2023
Was going great at first but everything changed.
Member Service Representative in Salt Lake City:
Pros: Nothing really I just need money to pay for rent, electricity and gas plus my wife and my son and when they keep cutting my hours I can't afford anything
Cons: Always shortening the paychecks and my hours
January 2023
Working at Domino's.
Member Service Representative in Toowoomba:
Pros: I like the community and being able to learn many new skills throughout time there
Cons: Having upset customers
December 2022
Stressful, overwhelming, unorganized, busy, fast paced.
Member Service Representative in Ravena:
Pros: My customers, and most of my coworkers. Also how close it is to home.
Cons: Poor teamwork skills, favoritism, owners/management worried about the wrong things, poor or broken equipment henceforth making it hard to do a good job at the job, no holiday pay or time and a half/double time on holidays, no overtime unless you work more than 40 hours (which they in most cases frown upon working more than 40).
July 2022
Awesome Opportunity.
Member Service Representative in Selinsgrove:
Pros: You get free food while you are there and a big discount when you’re not. My coworkers make our job fun while getting work done.
Cons: The customers are rude and irritating, but we are still expected to be completely nice back to insulting comments. Plus grease doesn’t feel nice on the hands.
June 2022
Get Ready!
Member Service Representative in Florida:
Pros: You get to help people that serve our country. And that feeling is like no other. You get to speak to a lot of different cultures and people. You can change a person day or even life.
Cons: Communication and pay. The amount of stress you have to go through to not even be able to live comfortably is exhausting. Back to back calls with no breath room is stressful. Dealing with unpleasant people can take a toll on you. Be sure to have a therapist lined up because you’ll need one.
April 2022
Give best experience to customers.
Member Service Representative in Bonnyrigg:
Pros: Happy customers leaving the store
Cons: When college don’t want to help
March 2022
Micromanaged.
Member Service Representative in Cheyenne:
Pros: Coworkers and medical benefits
Cons: Management and micromanagement. They want you to be a robot.
