Manager Trainee:
Pros: Art of management.
Cons: Politics.

Manager Trainee:
Pros: Casual dress and work environment, small office, friendly staff, Mon-Fri work weeks, ability to use shop equipment for personal projects, and the ability to be involved in all aspects of the business (ie. Finance, Accounting, Production Management, HR, CRM, Marketing).
Cons: Very STEEP and LONG learning curve, completely outside of my major/area of expertise, very competitive market with low margins and a poor geographic area for growth.

Pros: expolring new things and meeting new people
Cons: more working hours and some what lacking corporate culture

Pros: Opportunity to work in different business areas and meet employees at all levels including EC members.
Cons: Lack for proactive management of the graduate program. Lack of planning and lack of formal communication.
