Pros: Art of management.
Cons: Politics.

Manager Trainee:
Pros: Casual dress and work environment, small office, friendly staff, Mon-Fri work weeks, ability to use shop equipment for personal projects, and the ability to be involved in all aspects of the business (ie. Finance, Accounting, Production Management, HR, CRM, Marketing).
Cons: Very STEEP and LONG learning curve, completely outside of my major/area of expertise, very competitive market with low margins and a poor geographic area for growth.

Cons: Lack for proactive management of the graduate program. Lack of planning and lack of formal communication.
