Great Place to Start a Business Career.
Manager Trainee:
Pros: Enterprise is a fun, friendly place where teamwork and customer service make everyone's day better. Employees learn the skills needed to run their own business (if they someday start one) or someone else's business. There is a wealth of knowledge to be acquired, so it is important to read to work hard, and learn. Every day is different, but each day is what you make of it. In fact, the whole experience of working with Enterprise Holdings is what you make of it. It can either be stressful and not fulfilling work, or an exciting and rewarding career. One of the founding values and cultural tenants of Enterprise is working hard and being rewarded for that hard work. Success does not always come easily, but most people do not get anywhere in life because of entitlement. Success is earned.
Cons: It is almost unanimous that management trainees, assistants, and branch managers should get paid more.
