Cons: When i know more than the managers. Facts statistics and input is ignored if manager is wrong they continue to attempt to validate their feelings over facts. They would rather be told theyre wrong when they actually are and attempt to justify their actions instead of correcting.

Cons: The company has cut our hours so much that the work has tripled for Management. We now have to basically do the jobs of 3 people with no extra pay and they have cut out bonuses
