Lecturer / Speaker:

February 2015
Hours spent do not equal pay.
Lecturer / Speaker:
Make double sure you have enough money in the bank to do this job, for you definitely do not do it for the money.
January 2015
In the end it doesn't matter what you say only what you do.
Lecturer / Speaker:
Focus on your work. Leave the politics behind and be good at what you do. You are not entitled to anything, so don't compare yourself to others. In the end, people will judge you on what you do and if that happens to be political hand wringing or constantly clamoring for what you "deserve" (or worse yet putting others down for your benefit) you won't get far. There is virtue in this line of work, you must work to find it and work harder still to cultivate it.
