Rewarding.
Lecturer / Speaker:
Pros: Making people educated.
Cons: Overworked.

Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone.
Lecturer / Speaker:
Pros: Freedom, I love to have my own agenda, having plenty of time to spend with my family, doing house work without feeling overqualified or underestimated, I don't need to prove anything to anyone anymore.
I love being a speaker and being listened to.
Mostly I love to leave a worth full legacy, an especial thought that perhaps will make people change their mind and understand that there is only “a little step to make” that will take them further and more than you would ever imagined, no matter your job field. I love looking at people's eyes, telling me "yes, I knew it"," yes, that's me", it’s an amazing job.
I still doing small courses, working with small companies, because I never want to feel that I’m too good to work small.
Cons: You can feel afraid, sometimes there are no conferences available for you and nobody is hiring you, but you have to knock more doors and search harder, do that extra effort. Don't think that you world and life is solved, you must remain humble and down to earth, you never know when the next failure is coming, so you should better be prepared for that event.
