April 2020
Laboratory Manager in St Louis:
Very good system in regards to care and respect for the patients entrusted to their care. However, they need to improve upon salaries for ALL professionals. Minorities especially. For the role I was being paid- I was underpaid by 25k compared to others who previously held my role. Minorities throughout the organization are harassed but yet they claim to have a great diversity and inclusion department.
