Feeding seniors is a very rewarding job.

Pros: I purposeful every day because we feed Senior both in house and to those that are home bound.
Cons: Hourly wage

A lot of hours worked with very little recognition or compensation.

Pros: I really do like the work I do. The people are great as well. I am proud of the food we serve, how we make it from scratch and I personally think we have delicious food.
Cons: How upper management is always breathing down your neck. They are constantly going on about BOH labor, sales, and other tools that just do not work. No matter how many times we come out and say that these toold do not work they will not accept it.

It is very rewarding but can be stressfull at time dealing with getting employees to do assigned cleaning tasks.

Pros: I enjoy the 40 hour work week and the fact that they have a generous paid time off package and also sick days.
Cons: What I like least is the fact that right now we are working in emergency mode because of reduction in Company business. so hours have to be cut and the works still has to be done.

It is not worth the pay and being in higher positions is better.

Cons: The conversations in the back instead of them not being told to the person. People getting paid more for doing less work.

It is nice cause I get to cook. Also I'm in charge of all fast food products. Ordering and inventory.
