Attitude is everything.
Kitchen Manager in Caney:
Pros: The sense of accomplishment and pride at the end of any particularly difficult day that because of my team and their hard work, the work flow environment stays consistent and positive.
Cons: Definitely a discrepancy for the workload to pay rate ratio. Corporate Management expects us to be responsible for so much, all the while continuing to take away our resources to meet said expectation.
October 2022
Just makes you feel loved everyday.
Kitchen Manager in Orlando:
Pros: Just how much I am appericated from the staff to the customers that walk through the door. The owners have never given up on me and have polished me in to the person i am now. I never want to leave. They love me. I love them. But my family is more important and I am compensated correctly but I want to prove I can be more.
Cons: That they can't compensate what I think my worth is. Cause everything else is just amazing.
August 2022
Hard Work, Have to Be fast.
Kitchen Manager in Waverly:
Pros: The Customers , the people I work with both are for the most part kind and friendly. I love to clean when I'm able.
Cons: When you get an order for 10 pizzas and two more orders come in stating the same time to be finished. Also all the company cares about is money they do not care if they keep employees or not as long as they can push there food and make their 9.2 billion $ a year! It's all gone Corporate its definitely a small town company like they want you to think. I dont know how our Store Manager can deal with all the stress the put on her. This Store becomes your life!
