Junior Graphic Designer:
Pros: I understand my work well and have a comfort level with it. I am learning things and doing them with efficiency at the same time. It is overwhelming to see the outcome. I have a wonderful mentor which rarely happens. The work pressure increases a month before the fashion week. Otherwise, the work is smooth and I get back home on time so that I have time for myself.
Cons: As I am learning work. I have to look up to people at times whose responses could be pretty unpredictable. One bad reaction puts me off. I feel a little scared to question the next time which is not a good sign. You always have to keep a happy face and know well what to talk in front of whom and also when. People are judgemental. Comparison between me and someone who has just joined and is a level below in learning leads to a feeling of dissatisfaction. We can't be put at the same level. There has to be some credibility for my long term experience and hard work. I am right now on a probationary period. I need a better income to be able to manage my living in a non compromising way.
