Pros: The atmosphere is amazing. The people are friendly and the workplace is pleasent and somewhat fun inbetween serious work.
Cons: The traffic is a nightmare in peak hours. But I suppose it is like that in most places. What irks me most is inconsiderate drivers. Also places of leasure such as shops or malls etc., are quite far apart.

Pros: I get to make great designs. I get to learn a bunch of new skills. I have great co-workers. I get to work from home.
Cons: I have too much work. Company is understaffed and keeps getting smaller.

Pros: I like the the fact that no day is the same as a designer, you learn you create and you excite; and working alongside a collaborative team helps to steer creativity.
Cons: Well as a designer there's some work such as decks which can be boring but it's our duty to bring it to life.
