What is it like working as an Interpreter or Translator?

Translating dead lines for exams, letters, telephone confere.
Interpreter or Translator:
Pros: The main environment that has to do with education, such as literary work and exams. Interpersonal activities with students, parents and special education staff.
Cons: I don't agree with the pay. I know that my job is well valued by the special education staff and my interaction with the community has been a successful bridge with the school district.
