Pros: I get to help parents that are already overwhelmed with their child's special needs not have to worry about trying to understand and express themselves in a language they are not fluent in.

Pros: Getting to work with different staff through the district and getting to know more about our Spanish speaking families.
Cons: Hi level of stress. Work load is high for one Spanish Interpreter running the district for interpreting and translations.
