Pros: Working with large multi-national companies to provide solutions that help them achieve their business goals. The atmosphere and people you get to work with make it a good working environment.
Cons: Everyone seems to be treated differently and you are in continual competition. This competition is usually a good thing but when the rewards for achieving the same thing are different for different people it becomes very frustrating.
