The most important thing in sales is self confidence, active listening, communication skills and fast thinking or think outside the box! Over the years I learned you must believe in the product you're selling and you must have that sense of passion or strong determination . You can't let a bad day or deal bring you down YOU MUST keep your head up and on to the next.
