Pros: The people there are the best part. We also get a lot of "swag" like shirts and cups.

Work-Life Balance.
Inside Sales Representative:
Pros: I love to meet and talk to people and learn about their personal achievements. I am interested in learning each individual's successes and how they came to be in their present position. I also enjoy being with my peers because I feel like they are family.
Cons: I feel like I do not have the full support I need from my bosses. I have plans and ideas for the inside sales but I do not think they would like to decide on it right away. It took me 5 years of waiting for the right moment.

Pros: The amount of hours, the people that I work with. I get to meet new people and learn new things on a daily basis. I have moved up 5 job positions in 10 months.
Cons: I have moved up 5 job positions in 10 months without a raise.
The amount of time that I work is more than the amount of money that I make.
