Human Resources (HR) Specialist Reviews
What is it like working as a Human Resources (HR) Specialist?
June 2016
Who you know is more important then what you know.
Human Resources (HR) Specialist:
Build relationships with everyone in the company and at all levels of the organization. Get a mentor or at least make regular appointments with someone you think highly of and respect. Go out of your way to do anything your asked to do with enthusiasm. Volunteer for new projects and let supervisors know you are looking for new opportunities to grow if they hear of anything. Be available to people. Listen more and talk less. Hold negative comments for private one on one conversations, there is a time and place for everything.
