The Agency...well
Cons: Honestly? Everything else outside of my team is what I like least. Their practices, attitudes and backstabbing nature, lack of knowledge, integrity and support within the agency is very off-putting and discouraging, which makes it tough when you enjoy the career you've worked so hard for.
