Pros: I will interview many people, so keep on updateing my skills and knowledge on new technology. I have decision making authorities. I always engaged with my work. I have different task and challenging everyday.
Cons: There is no appreciation for work, no benefits, low salary, not providing hike even if you perform extraordinary and no incentives.
