Human Resources (HR) Officer in Aurangabad:
Pros: I do like working in Aurangabad, Maharashtra because it is my native place. I get really good experience and support from my seniors but job enrichment is limited. I would like to learn more aspects of human resources like statutory compliance, training and talent development etc.
Cons: Pay structure is quite nervous at Aurangabad. I am not getting as per my job role & responsibility. I take care of Campus Recruitment, Bulk Hiring, Walk in Interview, Joining formalities, documentation, training & induction program, employee relations.

Pros: My manager is very lenient and understanding of my personal issues as long it didn't harm my work. The environment is peaceful; the colleagues are somehow cooperative. Learning opportunity is high, training provided.
Cons: The pay is low, and top management is playing favoritism. The workload is not compatible with the pay. It seems the top management didn't value the staffs fairly.
