I feel that the costs of living on PEI have steadily increased to the point that unless you make a good income, or are a student, its outpriced most peoples income.

Cons: Poorly laid out roads make travel difficult and time consuming.

Cheap, but fun.
Help Desk Technician in Dallas:
Pros: The majority of the good comes from all the sports and attractions. It does not cost a lot to love here either with gas prices being low and tickets to spring events being affordable. Additionally groceries and other necessities are adorable. The people in the area are generally kind and helpful as well.
Cons: The weather is pretty whacky getting VERY hot in the summer along with extreme tornadoes.

Cons: alot of handholding people on technology, not clear about payscale,if your able to help, you might not have access to help, alot of workarounds. has access to telecommute the job, but almost never allowed.
