Pros: Variety of technical challenges and expanding knowledge regularly keeps me anticipating more. The Team that is there now is cohesive and all working hard toward the same goal of making IT function effectively and efficiently.
Cons: There's a need for more people to cover jobs after people have left IT. It will help free up my time to complete more projects to improve the efficiencies of the office employees use of One Drive, improve the flow of work between departments without weighing Exchange and Servers, and then free my schedule to train up to support the team further.

But that didn't matter to Transwestern; they didn't miss the opportunity to hire me. They value good character, people who make an effort and standout; collaboration and quality work.
Cons: Like any job they are not hesitant to let you go and find someone to replace you.
