Pros: Exposure to nearly every system, keys to the kingdom, can learn as much as time allows.
Cons: Pay is low, a lot of the same work.

Pros: There is a great deal of variety and room for creativity in a new position where you help your fellow employees.
Cons: In a new position your role and decisions can seem to you to be under sceptical scrutiny to a greater degree than while working in established roles.

Pros: I was able to explore and learn more while doing my job. Am able to help a lot people in the community.
Cons: It is just the salary because I was not paid for what is best on my job.

Pros: The people are great and the amount of skills that you learn to take onto the next job are massive.
Cons: Very stressful when you have a lot of customers calling you. Also it is stressful when you have customers that aren't technically minded. Finally, if you are not trained correctly you wonder what is going on half of the time which isn't great.
