Pros: I enjoy helping customers have a great experience and helping my employees have a great work experience.
Cons: I am on call 24/7, even during my vacation time. I don't get days off. 95% of my time at home is spent with my phone in my hand. I have 3 kids that I rarely get to spend time with.
