Walk in expecting everything to fall apart, then just be thankful when it doesn't. Strive for perfection, but more importantly, be at peace with the fact that it is impossible. Be confident but a good listener. Trust in yourself and your decisions. Know that you can't please everyone and stay focused on the greater good.

Pizza.
General Manager, Restaurant:
Pros: It pays the bills. I enjoy most of the people I work with.
Cons: The customers. Having to work with young adults who are lazy.

What a day.

Pros: Making great food and serving smiling faces.
Cons: One of two.cooks and seven to ten trainies not knowing what to do always cleaning after diff shifts g.m has no clue what to do and if u are her friend she hires ya at a higher pay scale then person doing all the training.

Pros: After five years of service I left so things on the table. While the challenges were great to overcome I was within a franchisee group and unable to move to corporates umbrella.
Cons: All of my bad experiences have been due to management by franchisee. I wouldn't air dirty issues on public sites I have since moved on.

Pros: Serving different people everyday. Working with product providers.
Cons: Being blamed for everything and anything accused of theft.
