Pros: Creativity, learning, visual, design, problem solving, computers.
Cons: Small little problem tasks that may be time consuming, and don't really deliver a big pay off but need to be done for general maintenance.

Company Culture.
Front End Developer / Engineer:
Pros: The company culture is fantastic — the people I work with are great and we are working towards better diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
Cons: Because our company has grown so much in the last couple years, there has been so many organizational and structural changes that it is difficult to keep up and figure out what processes are in place.

Cons: Office look. Small team. No trainings, no private health care.

Cons: Some under appreciate the role because they don't know or haven't experienced front end development.
