Coworkers Make The Difference In A Small Work Environment.
Food Service Supervisor:
Pros: I am allowed to express my personality during work in ways that could be seen as unprofessional, yet are endearing to the regular customers (namely dancing and singing along to the radio). The owner comes in regularly and is very personable as well as understanding; he listens to our complaints and strives to better the workplace which in turn makes us want to be better workers. I am good friends with all my coworkers and we are all willing to go out of our way to cover each other whenever we need. The uniform is a loose guideline and makes for a more relaxed environment. Our drinks are paid for from the tips we receive which are not.
