Short end of the stick.
Food Service Supervisor:
Pros: I appreciate my job for what it is. I enjoy being able to interact with both my co-workers and customers who come in for a cup of coffee. My job enable me to express my creativity and vigor for learning by experimenting and creating new beverages. It's fun and energetic.
Cons: What I like least about my job is that I feel as though I am not paid enough for the responsibilities placed on me. I am a supervisor at my store and manage up to 9 other partners at once. I make plans day by day to hit targets and reduce waste. It is my responsibility to keep track of inventory. All this is fine, but my wages are under 10 dollars an hour.
