Great Position.
Executive Assistant:
Pros: There is a lot a flexibility in my work. I am involved in many aspects of the office. I am privy to management issues and corporate initiatives before the general office. I am involved with the entire management team of our office on a regular basis. Involved in making some decisions due to my tenure and experience.
Cons: No much recognition, I feel I am underpaid and no raise in the last 6 years.

Pros: Off on holidays. Decent pay with bonuses. Sense of accomplishment when tasks and projects are completed.
