Pros: Fast pace and very demanding, but a great boss and great team members. I know my job is very important without me procedures wouldn't get done. I get to work closely with nurses and doctors during procedures and help people.
Cons: Every doctor works differently and its my job to know their preferences. For how much I do and have to know I am not paid enough.
