Cons: Our new management has no idea how the department operates and really has no plans on learning our operation. It was a great place to work many years ago. Upper management no longer cares,we feel.

Pros: You get to learn a lot and are not micro managed. My coworker are nice.
Cons: Your lunches are not a priority. Most days are extremely busy to the point where I honestly feel taken advantage of for the amount of pay I make. Management has to fight to get the minimal raises that only keep up with minimum wage increases.

Pros: I love my job. We do so many procedures. We take awesome care of our patients. It is the best place to work.
Cons: I feel a little taken advantage of. Because I give all myself to my department, to my doctors, to my peers, and to the patients. Because of that I strive to make our department the best it can be.
