Pros: Wonderful location to work because of good climate.
Cons: Bangalore riots unruly mobs destruction vehicles, burning buses, doing atrocities of threatening other states peoples... This become a regular problem... Poor policing during that time.... Bad roads through out the year, with lot of pot holes...

Pros: We can learn domine knowledge in this ERP and we can learn entire organisation functionality starting from procurement of raw materials to finished goods production and shipping and revenues generation. And also analytics.

Boring work that offers little satisfaction.

Pros: The prestige and perception that I make a lot of money although I do not. I also like the high level of autonomy I have.
Cons: My work feels largely meaningless. I help make processes more efficient but I'm actually eliminating jobs. ERP exists to make businesses more efficient and limit their dependency on human resources.
It's boring and offers little opportunity in terms of future advancement.
