It is okay, given that it can offer growth and different projects to work from. Employees have different opinions about the benefits not everyone is happy, again not all is negative. Management, I believe differs from one Business Unit to another. Not all managers are the same.

Cons: There tends to be a lot of traffic. Any when looking for new job opportunities, it is difficult to find new jobs if you have not been introduced through networking.
