ERP Consultant Reviews

What is it like working as an ERP Consultant?

September 2023
Paperwork Sucks!
ERP Consultant in Tampa:
Pros: I enjoy working in a variety of industries and the exposure to new operations and techniques.
Cons: There is a lot of paper work and forms only designed to CYA. When I'm helping a company adopt new practices, I love my job. When I spend hours writing documents that I doubt are even looked at, it feels defeating.
July 2023
Everyone would live here if they could.
ERP Consultant in Minneapolis:
Pros: I get a wonderful metropolis without all of the "scenes" that run other major cities. It's a pleasant city with everything a person might need.
Cons: I don't know. I really do love it here.
February 2023
Good work experience.
ERP Consultant in Pretoria:
Pros: Great people and coffee. Management is really nice.
Cons: Lack of transparency. Difficult to speak about salaries and know expectations.
January 2023
I mean it's aight.
ERP Consultant in Dubai:
Pros: There's a lot of opportunities for things to do, never bored
Cons: The public transport is horrible and taking a taxi to work everyday is costly
December 2022
Awesome place to work great team.
ERP Consultant in Washington:
Pros: I love the people I work with
Cons: High turnover and sometime project feel under staffed
November 2022
Stressful Workloads Meant High Employee Turnover.
ERP Consultant in Torrance:
Pros: I'm sorry, but I have nothing to add to this section.
Cons: IT WAS A VERY STRESSFUL JOB AS I HAD TO PUT IN LONG HOURS DAY AFTER DAY. IT WAS TERRIBLE FOR MY WORK-LIFE BALANCE and impacted my family time. It felt awful when I couldn't attend my kids' special school even due to work. The stress and exhaustion eventually got to people working here. That's probably the reason for the HIGH EMPLOYEE TURNOVER. THE SAD THING IS THE MANAGEMENT WAS AWARE OF IT BUT DID NOTHING TO FIX IT. It was ridiculous! The upper management just hired other people. It shows that they avoid taking responsibility. BEWARE!
September 2022
Significant growth opportunities. Good, experienced team.
ERP Consultant in Toronto:
Pros: Growing the team. Building client relationships
Cons: Brought in at a level below where I should have been and then deferred for promotion due to timing. Tools and methodologies lacking compared to other large systems integrator competitors.
