Pros: Very small city, easily transport anywhere in town between 10-15mins on foot. Very cheap living.
Cons: Not much to do with it being a small city. A lot of racism going on close to Army base.

Pros: There is down time a lot, so its good for students if they need to do homework or something.
Cons: The staff are disposable, you get beaten up at work some days and it is seen as your fault
