Pros: I love the residents. Have several of them that have "adopted" me and call me Dad or Daddy. Warms my heart to know that I can have a positive effect on their lives and that they are genuinely happy to see me and I work 3rd shift so my time with them is minimal.
Cons: Pay and benefits should be better. Only 6 paid holidays and no educational reimbursement program as well as no 401k
