Pros: Not in a busy area but close to New Haven for lunch options.
Cons: Not very walkable at all. Requires a car to get anywhere.

There are many companies with many incentives. Try and find out all things that are included in your job. Who do you report to? What is expected of you? What is outside of your primary function. Knowledge is truly power.

Design Engineer:
Pros: Ability to work with next generation vehicle design for reputed global brands. The job provides me to logically approach a given problem and the flexibility to suggest various design concepts. In the process I learn more about the entire vehicle development process, how to negotiate with suppliers in the objective of realising the product and introduce it to the market.
Cons: Lack of talent identification process in the organization influenced directly by strong politics. Unstable nature of projects, which impacts the professional growth of an individual. Lack of suitable training programmes to enhance the wokrforce skills.
