Pros: Similar projects with varying differences. Also, see the product built after the design.
Cons: I wish there was more flexibility in the start time. Its either 7am or 8am

Good culture, enjoyable place to work.
Design Engineer in College Station:
Pros: Small town feel, but plenty to do. Right in between Houston, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio so can day trip to any of those locations.
Cons: Students don't know how to drive. Infrastructure isn't meant to handle all of these students so traffic is unnecessarily bad at times. Cost of living is much higher than you'd expect in a town like this.
